Send the balance sheet, income statement or cash flow an AI prepared. We check that the statements hold together and that their figures are in your documents.

What you send
- The file the AI made: a spreadsheet, a CSV, or a Word or text file.
- The documents they were made from, such as the trial balance or the ledger, if you have them.
What we check
- Total assets equal total liabilities plus equity.
- Gross profit, operating income and the change in cash follow from the lines above them.
- Each subtotal and total adds up its lines.
- Each figure is looked up in the documents you send.
And on every file, every total is added up again and every formula is worked out again, and a figure the sheet shows that its formula doesn’t give is named.
What you get back
One Excel workbook:
- Findings. Every error, with where it is in your file, what your file says, what your documents say and what’s wrong.
- Your own sheets, marked. When your file is a spreadsheet, every wrong cell is marked, with a note on it. Your file itself is never changed.
- What couldn’t be checked. Anything that couldn’t be checked is listed, with the reason. Nothing is passed in silence.
