What you send
- The file the AI made: a spreadsheet, a CSV, or a Word or text file.
- The documents it summarizes, as PDFs, scans or Word files.
What we check
- Every amount, percent and number it states is in your documents.
- Every date it states is in your documents.
- Words it puts in quotation marks are in the documents, word for word.
- A page or section it points to exists, and holds what it’s cited for.
And on every file, every total is added up again and every formula is worked out again, and a figure the sheet shows that its formula doesn’t give is named.
What you get back
One Excel workbook:
- Findings. Every error, with where it is in your file, what your file says, what your documents say and what’s wrong.
- Your own sheets, marked. When your file is a spreadsheet, every wrong cell is marked, with a note on it. Your file itself is never changed.
- What couldn’t be checked. Anything that couldn’t be checked is listed, with the reason. Nothing is passed in silence.
